ENERGY PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PROCESS
1. Start up meeting with on site Facilities Management where we will require if available the following:
- All available Auto Cad Drawings of the building(s)
- Asset register of all Equipment on site i.e. Air handling units, chillers etc
2. Engineers at an agreed date(s) will survey site to collate information on the following;
- Power
- Lighting
- Heating
- Cooling
- Building fabric
3. Model
- Dynamic Thermal model will be created to level 5 EPC standard
- All information collated from site surveys will be inputted into various software packages within model software.
- Factual EPC of building will be established
- Solar shading analysis
- Heat loss/gain calculations
- HVAC analysis
- Airflow analysis
- Lighting analysis
