We are commissioned via MACE project management services
to deliver the Royal Bank of Scotland branch re-fit
programme throughout the UK and Ireland.
The works (Branch Improvement Modernisation Programme) involves the upgrading and re-branding of up to 120 branches a year and range from small town branches to major city centre facilities and brand new branches from shell and core.
The works include carrying out condition surveys, commenting on life expectancy, compliance with the banks design standards and health and safety regulations as well as formulating budget cost for any resultant works.
