Project Description
Commencing with the site feasibility studies consisting of three options and due diligence, we have lead and developed the outline designs for a Tier III data centre to meet corporate standards and engineering systems requirements. The primary focus on this data centre is the energy usage and environmental impact as well as delivering the project to time and budget to allow the clients new IT platform to be implemented globally from a central location.
Specification
Strategic advice and assistance with the provision of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services to a new proposed data centre infrastructure. We will provide full design services as lead consultant, monitoring and contract management from concept through to the Integrated Systems Testing (IST). For audit purposes, we will perform a risk analysis assessment, to the whole facility to eliminate any single point of failure (SPOF). We will also carry out the assessment of specific FM service needs, preparation and assembly of documentation and the procurement and introduction of an FM provider.
